Because the world is no longer 9-5, neither are your viewing times. We will collect and view with prospective tenants until 8pm, seven days a week. How's that for service ?

Once we've helped you find what you want...

1. Complete an Application form – you will need a chosen guarrantor,or employers reference, bank details, and photographic id. Shared accommodation requires a main tenant

2. Sign the Tenancy Agreement, Standing Order and pay the following:

• Adminstration fee £60 for students, £80 for professionals
  
  
• One Months rent as a Damage deposit (this is held in a government approved deposit scheme for your peace of mind)
  
  
• One month's rent in advance
  
  

3. As soon as the above are completed we will ensure your property is ready for you to move into.

handy tips for tenants

• Plan as far in advance as possible, we would suggest to look at least 10 months in advance before you are due to move, in order to guarantee your perfect property.

• Have as much information as possible when you make your first contact with letslivehere - Move in dates? How many Bedrooms? What your price range is? What area you would like to live in? This allows letslivehere to find the best properties to suit your needs.

• Head tenants – if you are going to share accommodation one of you will need to be a head tenant. The head tenant will be contacted as the first point of call by letslivehere.
