What happens next?
Our experienced team will guide you through the process as follows:
- Once you have chosen your new home, complete an application form (click here to download). You will need a chosen guarantor, employer's reference, bank details, and photo ID (your student card, passport or driving licence). Shared accommodation requires a head tenant, who can be appointed on application.
- You will need to pay:
- Administration fee: £80 (including VAT) for student tenants.
- One month's rent as a damage deposit (this is held in a Government approved deposit scheme as required by law, and returned to you at the end of your tenancy).
- One month's rent as a holding fee, deducted from the first month's rent.
- On receipt of successful references, fees and deposits your tenancy agreement will be completed, and we will ensure your student accommodation is ready for you to move into.

- Start looking as far in advance as possible - ten months if you can. Many of our most sought after student lets are reserved long before the current tenancy ends.
- Consider your requirements - decide what are the 'must have's, and where you can be flexible. Think about points such as how many bedrooms you need, your price range, whether you want furnished or unfurnished, and what type of area you would prefer. Having this information to hand helps us to find you the perfect student accommodation.
- If you are going to share the property, one of you will need to be a head tenant, who will be our primary contact for anything to do with the tenancy.
