Our tenancy only service includes gathering references, setting up the
contract and arranging the relevant standing orders. This service is
charged at half of the first month's rent plus vat.

Our full management service includes all of the above plus 24 hour
careline for tenants, quarterly inspections, inventories and schedule
of condition reports. Terms are tailored on an individual basis with
fees negotiated to suit every portfolio.
