In order to secure a property, we advise getting in early and putting down the administration fee. We can take this in office, bank transfer or over the phone. Our team will then arrange for you to complete our application for relevant paperwork.
Reference are carried out to ensure you are a suitable tenant for your landlord. You may be required to provide a guarantor depending on your employment status and age. If you or your guarantor fail referencing, don’t worry we’ll discuss alternative arrangements. This could include rent in advance or another guarantor.
